Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, implement, and deploy advanced machine learning models, with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in the 2026 tech niche, researching and integrating emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Quantum ML interfaces) into our stack.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to define AI strategy and drive technical roadmaps.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving complex, open-ended engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
