Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced Machine Learning models, including LLMs and Computer Vision systems.
- Optimize existing algorithms for production environments, ensuring sub-millisecond latency.
- Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality training datasets for the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and implement cutting-edge techniques from top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
- Build robust MLOps pipelines to automate model retraining and deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, RNNs, CNNs).
- Strong background in Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
