Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines aligned with 2026 infrastructure standards and scalability requirements.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and robust security protocols are integrated into all models.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying production-grade AI models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
