Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines for production environments.
- Lead the architecture of complex deep learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI to integrate state-of-the-art techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience deploying MLOps pipelines and model serving frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
