Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, distributed machine learning infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of multimodal data.
- Model Training & Fine-Tuning: Lead the end-to-end training of Large Language Models (LLMs) and vision transformers for 2026-specific applications.
- Optimization: Implement cutting-edge quantization and inference optimization techniques to reduce latency in real-time applications.
- AI Safety & Alignment: Develop robust guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI systems remain aligned with human values.
- Research Integration: Translate theoretical research papers into production-ready code and prototype systems.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Core Tech: Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, specifically with LLMs and NLP.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
