Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and generative AI agents tailored for 2026 scalability requirements.
- Data Strategy: Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data ingestion, cleaning, and feature engineering to ensure model accuracy.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance using A/B testing and real-time feedback loops.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on emerging AI paradigms predicted for 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with data-driven approaches.
