Responsibilities
- Architect AGI Solutions: Design and implement next-generation autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning and multi-step task execution.
- Model Optimization: Engineer efficient inference pipelines and fine-tune state-of-the-art foundation models for specific vertical use cases.
- Research & Development: Conduct experimental research in emergent AI behaviors, safety alignment, and multimodal learning.
- System Scalability: Build resilient, distributed machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; strong understanding of NLP and LLM architecture.
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design and deploy large-scale, high-availability machine learning systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical challenges.
