Responsibilities
- Architect and train next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically optimized for the 2026 latency and scalability requirements.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in unsupervised learning and reinforcement learning to improve model autonomy and reasoning capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, production-grade AI systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce resource costs by at least 40% while maintaining accuracy.
- Stay ahead of the curve by benchmarking against global competitors and publishing findings in top-tier AI conferences.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the AI research lab.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models that handle millions of requests.
- Strong proficiency in Python, CUDA, and distributed computing systems.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and distributed training strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
