Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-generation neural networks with 2026 capabilities
- Develop adaptive AI systems using quantum-inspired algorithms and neuromorphic computing
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers while fostering cross-functional innovation
- Architect scalable frameworks for real-time AI decision-making at edge devices
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research prototypes
- Secure patents and protect intellectual property for novel AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published record in top-tier ML/AI conferences (minimum 3 papers)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proficiency with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware
- Proven ability to lead complex R&D projects from concept to production
- Strong background in ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development
- Experience with distributed ML systems and edge computing optimization
