Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of large-scale foundation models capable of zero-shot learning and multi-modal reasoning.
- Design novel neural architectures and training algorithms to improve model efficiency and generalization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production APIs.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and optimize model performance metrics.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior researchers and interns.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, specifically with Transformer architectures and Large Language Models.
- Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization.
- Proven track record of publishing novel research and contributing to open-source AI projects.
- Experience with distributed training and high-performance computing clusters.
