Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to process millions of voter records and real-time interaction data.
- Develop and optimize data warehouses to support complex analytical queries for campaign strategy.
- Integrate third-party data sources with internal CRM systems to enrich voter profiles.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with campaign finance regulations.
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to refine predictive targeting models for outreach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, backend development, or data architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and a major cloud provider (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery).
- Strong understanding of API integrations and data security best practices.
