Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for high-traffic event applications and ticketing systems.
- Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions to ensure rapid, reliable deployment cycles.
- Ensure 99.99% uptime and disaster recovery for critical global infrastructure.
- Automate provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR) and implement zero-trust architectures.
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization to reduce costs while maintaining high availability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in containerization technologies: Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS).
- Expert knowledge of Linux system administration and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go).
- Deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proven track record of managing infrastructure for large-scale consumer applications or high-availability events.
