Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance through daily equipment inspections and safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for streamlined loading/unloading processes
- Optimize material flow to meet daily production targets
- Train junior operators on equipment best practices
- Complete detailed shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- OSHA certification with 2+ years industrial forklift experience
- Valid California Class C driver's license
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and hazard recognition
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred: Hazmat certification or CDL endorsement
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
