Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using FIFO principles
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse forklift operation experience
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and hazard prevention
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license preferred
