Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping with zero-error standards
- Maintain detailed electronic and paper documentation for all materials
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety compliance checks
- Train new operators on warehouse protocols and OSHA regulations
- Optimize stacking/loading techniques to maximize storage capacity
- Coordinate with supervisors to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA-approved forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
