Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Train junior operators on equipment handling and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- 3+ years of warehouse/forklift experience in high-volume environments
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
