Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse and loading dock environments
- Load/untract shipments with precision using pallet jacks and reach trucks
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Train junior operators on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent forklift operation experience with valid OSHA certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our program)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with hazardous material handling preferred
