Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety compliance
- Train junior operators on proper equipment handling and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-approved forklift certification (current or obtainable within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety-first practices
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
