Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Conduct daily pre-operational safety inspections of equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Train junior operators on proper equipment usage and safety procedures
Qualifications
- OSHA forklift certification (current and valid)
- 3+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
