Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse settings
- Accurately track inventory using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Maintain OSHA compliance for equipment operation and warehouse safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of container shipments
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Train junior operators on safety procedures and operational best practices
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification with 2+ years of recent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness in busy environments
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
