Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse settings
- Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanning systems
- Implement OSHA safety protocols during material handling operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading of trucks
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance documentation
- Train new operators on safety procedures and operational best practices
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current and non-expired)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse logistics
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
