Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse settings
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of high-value merchandise
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Mentor junior operators on advanced material handling techniques
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional forklift operation experience in fast-paced environments
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current AZ driver's license
- Expertise with sit-down/stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers
- Proficiency in RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain precise inventory records
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
