Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming materials using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to maintain optimal inventory flow
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize warehouse layouts and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in using RF scanners and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
