Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with advanced precision in high-value warehouse environments
- Manage inventory of sensitive materials using RF scanning systems and digital tracking platforms
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols for hazardous material handling
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics teams for seamless dock-to-stock operations
- Maintain detailed equipment logs and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior operators on advanced warehouse procedures
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance reporting
Qualifications
- OSHA-certified forklift operator with 3+ years of high-volume warehouse experience
- Advanced proficiency in RF scanners, WMS systems, and inventory management software
- Forklift certifications for sit-down/stand-up, order pickers, and reach trucks
- Strong understanding of CO workplace safety regulations and hazardous material handling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying climate conditions
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with value-added services like kitting and quality control inspection
- Proven track record in inventory accuracy above 99.5%
