Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload materials up to 10,000 lbs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning systems
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Train junior operators on proper equipment handling procedures
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized storage areas
Qualifications
- 2+ years of certified forklift operation experience (valid certification required)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Experience with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
