Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with zero tolerance for errors
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely per OSHA standards
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and warehouse zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments and processing returns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends (12-hour shifts)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
