- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Train new hires on material handling best practices
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of certified forklift operation experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification (current or obtainable within 30 days)
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work 8-12 hour shifts
- Experience in temperature-controlled environments
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Willingness to obtain hazardous materials handling certification
