Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize loading dock operations
- Train junior staff on proper equipment handling and safety protocols
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or warehouse hazards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification and valid Ohio driver's license
- Proficient in operating sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
