Responsibilities

- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading operations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reports
- Train junior operators on equipment handling and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid California forklift certification (C-7 endorsement)
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse/forklift operations
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Flexibility to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Clean driving record and background check required
