Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Manage inventory movement and storage in 50,000 sq ft temperature-controlled warehouse
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for efficient dock operations
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS technology
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (mandatory)
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse logistics
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience with hazardous materials handling preferred
