Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Execute precise inventory management using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance through daily equipment inspections and safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of 53ft trailers
- Implement lean principles to optimize material flow and reduce waste
- Train new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience operating sit-down forklifts (certification required)
- OSHA Forklift Certification and valid driver's license
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in climate-controlled environments
- Strong attention to detail with inventory reconciliation experience
- Preferred experience with reach trucks and order pickers
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
