Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and electric pallets
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Manage inventory counts and assist with cycle count procedures
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and promote workplace safety culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Train junior operators on equipment protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
