Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to organize stock and prepare shipments.
- Inventory Management: Scan barcodes, check for accuracy, and update inventory records to maintain real-time stock levels.
- Packaging & Shipping: Properly package goods to prevent damage during transit and ensure all shipping labels are applied correctly.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for defects and report any issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic software interfaces.
