Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with 100% safety compliance
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements in high-volume environments
- Maintain detailed logs for equipment inspections and material handling
- Train junior operators on OSHA protocols and equipment best practices
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- OSHA-certified forklift operator (valid certification required)
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse logistics
- Proficiency with RF scanning and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Experience with hazardous material handling preferred
