Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in warehouse environments
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanning technology
- Coordinate cross-functional material handling between shipping/receiving departments
- Implement OSHA safety protocols for equipment operation
- Train junior operators on advanced warehouse equipment
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks and documentation
Qualifications
- OSHA Forklift Certification (current)
- 3+ years industrial forklift operation experience
- RF scanning/WMS proficiency required
- Valid Missouri driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Inventory management background
- Pass pre-employment physical/drug screening
