Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments with 99.9% accuracy
- Execute complex inventory management using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of 53' trailers
- Maintain OSHA compliance through daily equipment inspections and safety protocols
- Train junior operators on advanced material handling techniques
- Optimize warehouse layouts for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recent experience operating sit-down forklifts (certification required)
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification and current Colorado driver's license
- Proven ability to lift 50+ lbs safely and navigate confined spaces
- Expertise in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to work night shifts, overtime, and weekends during peak seasons
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting material handling challenges
