Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse settings
- Safely load/untract shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Train new operators on safety protocols and efficient material handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and 2+ years of recent warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying temperature conditions
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and cycle counting
- Excellent spatial awareness and depth perception skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency for WMS data entry
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
