Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment with zero-tolerance for errors
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new operators on safety procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current driver's license
- Proven ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness in dynamic settings
- Familiarity with WMS systems and inventory tracking software
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
