Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- 2+ years of forklift operation experience with valid OSHA certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (valid) and clean driving record
- Proficiency with warehouse management software
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
