Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory safely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train junior staff on safe equipment operation procedures
- Assist in warehouse audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification and valid California Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with pallet jacks and reach trucks required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
