Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in busy warehouse environments
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory tracking systems and optimize storage space utilization
- Train new operators on safety protocols and operational best practices
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely material flow
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Assist in warehouse layout optimization and process improvements
Qualifications
- OSHA-certified forklift operator with 3+ years of experience
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Previous experience in high-volume distribution centers preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
