Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a busy warehouse setting
- Load/untractrucks with precision while adhering to OSHA standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for optimal workflow
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Support cross-functional logistics projects as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Clean driving record and pre-employment background check
