Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load/unload shipments with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Train junior operators on safe handling practices
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient workflow
- Manage warehouse organization and space optimization
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- 3+ years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Familiarity with WMS inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
