Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials efficiently
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections and report equipment issues
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on loading/unloading operations
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Document daily activities and inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of forklift operation experience (valid certification required)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Pass background check and drug screening
