Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Manage inventory using WMS systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Conduct pre-shift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Maintain OSHA compliance and 5S workplace standards
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of certified forklift operation experience (valid OSHA certification required)
- Proven ability to operate multiple forklift types (sit-down, reach, order picker)
- Forklift certification from accredited institution (e.g., NCCCO)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols
- Experience with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
