Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials within warehouse facilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for efficient dock operations
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas per OSHA standards
- Train junior staff on material handling protocols and equipment safety
- Implement lean practices to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Process documentation for inventory transactions and quality control
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/material handling experience
- Certified forklift operator license (valid)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
