Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-traffic warehouse zones
- Execute precise material handling for raw materials and finished goods
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate inventory control using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and operational efficiency
- Maintain OSHA compliance documentation and incident reporting
Qualifications
- OSHA-approved forklift certification (valid within 12 months)
- 3+ years experience in warehouse logistics environments
- Proficiency with RF scanning and WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying temperatures
- Strong problem-solving skills and spatial awareness
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
