Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with OSHA compliance
- Execute inventory counts and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trailers with dock teams
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Train junior operators on safety protocols
- Document daily activities in digital logs
- Collaborate with supervisors on process improvements
Qualifications
- OSHA forklift certification (valid)
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong spatial awareness and depth perception
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- Pre-employment drug screening required
