Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and heavy machinery to transport materials throughout 150,000 sq ft facility
- Conduct daily pre-operation equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct equipment training
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient material flow
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for loading/unloading operations
- Manage hazardous material handling procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
Qualifications
- 3+ years certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour certification
- OSHA Forklift Operator Certification required
- Proficiency in WMS inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
