Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks in high-volume warehouse setting
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Train new hires on safety procedures and equipment operation
- Optimize stacking patterns to maximize storage capacity
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with sit-down forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficient in RF scanning systems (Zebra, Honeywell)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
